Service-Based Policy

Balaji Safety Nets provides customized safety net and invisible grill installation services. Since our services are tailored according to customer requirements and site conditions, refunds are generally not applicable once the installation process has started.

Advance Payments

Any advance payment made for booking or confirmation of service is non-refundable. Advances are used to procure materials and schedule installation resources.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Service cancellation by Balaji Safety Nets due to unavoidable reasons
  • Non-availability of materials after payment confirmation
  • Duplicate or excess payment made by the customer

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind after booking confirmation
  • Delay due to weather conditions or site-related issues
  • Damage caused by misuse, tampering, or external factors

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days and will be credited through the original mode of payment.
